1. What goes into making your products?

All our products are exclusively designed. We use the premium fabrics, raw materials and provide intricate detailing to ensure our products are heirloom quality and retain their luxurious finish. AYDA is created by a mom, and we ensure that our products are safe for your child.

2. What is the best way to care for the products?

We know being a parent is a lot of responsibility, and we do not want to add to it. So we made sure most of our products are easy to wash and care for. Detailed care instructions are available on the care page.

3. Do I need to create an account to purchase online?

We would love to know you and connect with you in the future on promotions, new product offers et al, hence, creating an account is always recommended. It also makes it easy for you to see past orders, track the status of your orders, create wish lists, save your shopping bag, and place future orders quickly as we are able to store your billing and shipping address for faster checkout. But if you don't want to, we understand, and you can checkout as a guest.

4. Will I receive an order confirmation after an online purchase?

The email ID associated with your account would be notified when we send you a message confirming your order within 24 hours of placement.

5. How can I find the status of my order placed online?

Your order becomes available for status tracking 3-5 days after it is placed. You can track your order status online by visiting the Track Your Order page or by logging in to your account if you have created one.
