INTERNSHIP - BUSINESS & MARKETING

One of the earliest members of the startup, you’ll put on your entrepreneurial hat to contribute in launching the business and early sales. The job is to get things done, and move fast. 

Who you are:

  • A doer. Smart execution is right up your alley and you respect timelines.
  • You are excited about building a brand and global business out of India.
  • You consider design an important part of product, marketing and business.
  • You prioritize like a ninja.

What you’ll do:

  • Market research.
  • Brand building across own, social and paid channels.
  • Social media, content and search marketing.
  • Managing early sales and customer service channels - Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, Own website.
  • Funnel management and remarketing to drive early sales.
  • Driving end to end customer ownership - From acquisition to conversion to post sale service.

What we are looking for:

  • Smarts and ability to use them to execute.
  • A proactive, fast learner and contributor with a sense of ownership.
  • Experience with managing social media channels on Instagram, Facebook is a plus.
  • Great communication skills and ability to connect with the audience.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A candidate with interest in the fashion/mom and baby space.

 

INTERNSHIP - GRAPHIC DESIGN

AYDA is an upcoming brand in the mom and baby space. AYDA is focusing on building stylish, high quality products with a sense of clean design

You will be instrumental in driving growth through visual brand assets for the company's own website and social media handles.

Who you are:

  • A doer. You understand clean design and respect timelines.
  • You are excited about building a brand identity through imagery and design.
  • You are able to understand the brief and deliver on time.

What you’ll do:

  • Create the design for the brand identity of the company working directly with the Founder.
  • Create the asset book for the brand across channels.
  • Contribute to social media and content marketing by creating assets for the company's Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp accounts and for the company website.
  • Create the design for product packaging and other brand assets.
  • Anything and everything with design for the early stage company.

What are we looking for:

  • A sense of clean design and timely execution.
  • A proactive, fast learner and contributor with a sense of ownership.
  • Good communication skills and ability to give and take feedback.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience with Shopify, Instagram, Facebook is a plus.
